What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period (24 months from the date of the original retail purchase by the first end-user customer).
During the warranty period De Rigo Vision spa will repair or replace (as appropriate and at its own discretion), defective products or spare parts with the same or an equivalent model, free of charge.
What does the warranty cover?

• Covers any broken components under normal use
What does the warranty not cover?
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage of a product resulting from negligence or improper use
• Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
• Damage caused by accident or natural disaster
• Theft or loss of the product
In order to benefit of the warranty please return the defected product to the shop where you bought your Police frame/sunglass. Bring with you the receipt and the warranty certificate the retailer provided you when you bought the product.

Some models are glazable but you should speak with your optician and check the feasibility. It depends on your perscription.

What does the 2 year international watch warranty cover?

The warranty covers the following components: the watch movement, the hands and the dial. The warranty does not cover: the battery, the case, the glass, any kind of strap or bracelet (including the buckle/clasp). The warranty will not cover you for damage caused by inappropiate treatment, carelessness, accidents, general wear and tear or water damage, unless the watch bears the wording "water resistant" on the case. Please note; water damage to leather straps is not covered by the warranty. For further information please consult the Police warranty booklet. The warranty protects you for the period of 2 years from the original date of purchase
